Frame cutting, welding, powder coating, weaving, cushion sewing, assembly and packing all run in our own facility. Nothing critical is subcontracted, which is why finish and tolerance stay consistent between orders.

We issue production drawings and a quotation covering unit price, MOQ, packing and container loading.

Sample & Approval
A sample is produced against the approved drawing. You sign off on frame, finish, weave and fabric before tooling is committed.

Production & Shipping
Mass production runs against the approved sample, with in-process and pre-shipment inspection, then export packing and loading.

What the frames and surfaces are made of
Specification detail decides whether furniture survives three seasons or ten. These are the material families we work in.
All-Weather PE Rattan
Synthetic wicker woven by hand over aluminum frames. Holds colour under UV exposure and drains rather than absorbing water.
Teak & Acacia
Natural hardwood with high oil content for outdoor exposure, used where a warmer material reads better than metal.
Rope Woven
Braided outdoor rope wrapped over frames by hand, giving a soft matte texture that suits contemporary hospitality interiors.
Outdoor Fabrics
Sling mesh and solution-dyed cushion fabrics chosen for colourfastness, drainage and how they respond to cleaning chemicals.
HPL, Ceramic & Glass Tops
Compact laminate, sintered ceramic and tempered glass surfaces for dining and fire pit tables that take heat and heavy use.
FAQ
What buyers ask first
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is set per model and depends on frame tooling, colour and fabric. Mixed containers combining several models are normal for hospitality projects. Send your model list and quantities and we will confirm the exact minimum for that combination.
Can you manufacture to our own drawings?
Yes. We accept DWG, STEP, PDF and 3D files, and can also work from reference photographs with dimensions. For ODM projects we develop the model with you, including frame engineering, weave pattern and cushion construction.
How long does a sample take and is it chargeable?
Samples are produced after the drawing and specification are approved. Sample cost and timing depend on whether existing tooling covers the model. Contact us with the specification and we will confirm both before you commit.
Are your fire pits certified for the US and EU?
We hold CSA certification for the United States and Canada and CE marking for the European Union on gas fire pits. Certification applies to specific model configurations, so ask us to confirm which models are in scope for your market before ordering.
What payment methods and trade terms do you accept?
We work on standard export terms and can quote FOB, CIF or EXW depending on your freight arrangement. Payment terms are confirmed with the quotation.
Can you supply private label and custom packaging?
Yes. We produce under your brand with laser marking, metal plates or woven labels, and can print cartons, manuals and assembly instructions to your artwork. Custom packaging usually carries its own minimum quantity.
