About the quotation process
How quickly will I receive a quotation?
We reply to every inquiry within 12 hours on business days. A full quotation with pricing, packing and loading data normally follows within 24 hours, or sooner where the models are already in our range.
What information do you need to quote accurately?
Model or reference, quantity per model, any customization to size, colour or fabric, your destination port and the delivery window you are working to. Drawings or reference photographs help considerably.
What is included in the quotation?
Unit price against your quantity, MOQ per model, lead time, sample terms, packing method with carton dimensions, and how many units load into a 20 foot and 40 foot high cube container.
Can I order a sample before committing to production?
Yes, and for a first order we recommend it. Sample cost and timing depend on whether existing tooling covers the model, and we will confirm both before you commit.
