Outdoor Furniture Manufacturing Capability

Frame cutting, welding, powder coating, weaving, cushion sewing, assembly and packing all run under one roof. Keeping these steps in-house is what allows a finish and a tolerance to be repeated on the next container instead of re-negotiated.

Outdoor furniture production hall at QuanYang Outdoor
In-House Manufacturing
Production runs in our own facility, not outsourced, so tooling, finish and schedule stay under our control.
OEM & ODM Capability
We build to your drawings or develop new models with you, including private label and custom packaging.
Export-Grade Packaging
Multi-layer cartons, corner protection and loading plans worked out per container to limit transit damage.
Four-Stage Quality Control
Incoming material, in-process, finished goods and pre-shipment checks, with third-party inspection welcome.

Production Flow

Six stages from profile to packed carton

Each stage has its own inspection point, so a defect is caught where it is cheap to fix rather than at final assembly.

Aluminum profile cutting for outdoor furniture frames
STAGE 01

Frame Fabrication

Aluminum profile cutting and CNC bending to the drawing, with jigs kept per model so repeat orders match the approved sample.

Argon arc welding of an aluminum outdoor furniture frame
STAGE 02

Welding

Argon arc welding on frame joints, then grinding and inspection of every weld before the frame moves on.

Electrostatic powder coating line for outdoor furniture frames
STAGE 03

Surface Treatment & Powder Coating

Degreasing and pre-treatment ahead of electrostatic powder coating, then oven curing. Coating thickness is what determines how the finish holds in coastal air.

Craftsperson hand weaving PE rattan over an aluminum frame
STAGE 04

Hand Weaving

PE rattan and outdoor rope woven over the coated frame by hand. Weave tension and the finish at the terminations are the difference between three seasons and ten.

Cushion sewing station for outdoor furniture
STAGE 05

Cushion & Sling Sewing

In-house cutting and sewing of cushions and sling mesh, with covers made removable so hotel housekeeping can clean them without dismantling the furniture.

Export packing of outdoor furniture with corner protection
STAGE 06

Assembly & Packing

Final assembly, functional checks, then export packing with corner protection and a loading plan worked out per container.

Quality Control

Four inspection stages

Inspection is positioned so that material problems never reach the coating line and coating problems never reach assembly.

  1. 01

    Incoming Material

Aluminum profile wall thickness and alloy, PE rattan batch and colour, fabric roll and hardware checked against the approved specification before anything enters production.

  2. 02

    In-Process

Weld integrity, coating thickness and adhesion, weave tension and frame dimensions verified on the line rather than after the fact.

  3. 03

    Finished Goods

Assembly fit, stability, load and function tested. Colour compared against the approved sample under consistent lighting.

  4. 04

    Pre-Shipment

Random sampling from packed cartons, carton marking and quantity verification, plus loading supervision. Third-party inspection is welcome at this stage.

Export Packing

Packed for the voyage, loaded for the cost

Damage in transit and wasted container space are the two costs buyers notice after the invoice. Both are decided at packing.

  • Protection

Foam wrap, corner protection and multi-layer cartons sized to the model rather than to a standard box.

  • Knock-down options

Where a model allows it, knock-down packing meaningfully increases the number of units per container.

  • Carton marking

Model, quantity, dimensions and your own shipping marks printed as required for customs and warehouse handling.

  • Loading supervision

Loading photographed and supervised, with container seal recorded.

FAQ

Verifying the operation

Can we visit the factory or arrange a video walkthrough?

Yes. We host buyer visits and can also run a live video walkthrough of the production line if travel is not practical, which is often how first-time buyers verify the operation before sampling.

Do you accept third-party inspection?

Yes. SGS, BV, TUV, Intertek or your own QC team can inspect at pre-shipment stage, and we will accommodate in-line inspection on larger orders. Give us the inspection window when you place the order.

Do you subcontract any production?

Frame fabrication, welding, coating, weaving, sewing, assembly and packing all run in our facility. Specialist components such as gas burner assemblies, hardware and fabrics come from qualified suppliers, which is standard practice and lets us hold certification on the finished product.

How do you keep a repeat order consistent with the first one?

Jigs, coating parameters, weave patterns and the approved sample are retained per model. A re-order is produced against those records, not against a fresh interpretation of the drawing.
